Retired Col. Jeffrey Schilling
Retired Col. Jeff Schilling is the director of the Incident Response Practice
at Dell SecureWorks. The Incident Response Practice is prepared to support
pre-incident planning/gap analysis, incident response and eradication/recovery
for more than 3,100 clients worldwide.
Schilling served 24 years in the Army and is a former director of the Army's
Global Network Operations and Security Center (AGNOSC) under the U.S. Army
Cyber Command.
Schilling holds a B.S. in chemistry from Presbyterian College, an M.A. from
Webster University in the Management of Information Systems Resources, and
an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the Army War College. He also holds the
Computer Information Security Manager's (CISM) certification.
