Minority Achievement Committee revises proposed plan.

October 2001

BOR Education Policy Committee acts on proposed plan.

November 2001

Full Board of Regents takes action on plan.

December 2001

Formal dissemination of the plan to institutions

January 2002

Institutions provide their plans and cost estimates to USM Office.

April 2002

Minority Achievement Committee reviews institutional plans and provides feedback and technical assistance.

June 2002

Institutions provide baseline data.

October 2002

Institutions report annually after the baseline year.

End of October 2003 - and annually every October thereafter

Minority Achievement Committee reports to BOR Education Policy Committee on implementation of plans.

Spring, beginning in 2004
