Collaborative Services Advisory Board (CSAB)
The CSAB provides overall direction, monitoring, and prioritization of collaborative services. Members have the following responsibilities:
- Provide a voice for institutions and their area of responsibility
- Help assess prioritization of new collaborative services for business case development
- Recommending collaborative services to be implemented
- Monitor existing collaborative services via metrics and customer feedback
- Recommend areas for improvement for existing and new collaborative services
