| This was a joint meeting of the 2006-2007 Executive
Committee and the incoming 2007-2008 Executive Committee. Present were:
E.W. Chapin (UMES) Vice Chair and Acting Chair of the meeting; John
Collins (UMBI), Secretary and Chair -Elect; William Stuart (UMCP),
At-Large and Vice Chair-Elect; Joyce Shirazi (UMUC), Secretary-Elect;
Martha Siegel (TU), At Large-Elect; Alcott Arthur (CSU), At Large-Elect.
Senior Vice Chancellor Irwin Goldstein also joined the meeting for about
30 minutes. |

| The following items were discussed: |
| 1. The agenda for the May 16, 2007 CUSF meeting at UMBC. |
| 2. Possible speakers, activities, etc. for the June 15 CUSF
meeting at UMCES. |
| 3. The calendar of dates and places for 2007-2008 meetings. |
|
| All agreed that it was a very fruitful meeting. |
