ASLA, RLA, and is Director, Digital Studio, Landscape Architecture Program and
Adjunct Faculty at the Monteverde Institute in Costa Rica. Noon-1pm in Tydings
Hall, Room 0117, on the University of Maryland, College Park campus.
Tuesday, February 24th, Energy:
A 2009 Worldwise Event from 4:30-6pm in the Gildenhorn Recital Hall, CSPAC,
on the University of Maryland, College Park campus. The global energy crisis is not
a challenge for scientists and economists alone. Humanists and artists can show
us new ways to understand and address the problem.
Tuesday, February 24th, Innovation in Green
Roof Design Construction from 12:30-1:45pm in the Plant Science
Building, Room 489F, University of Maryland, College Park. The Department of
Plant Science and Landscape Architecture presents the "Green Roofs and Urban
Related Sustainability Topics" Speaker Series throughout the Spring
semester.
