USMSC Launch is our inaugural (but annual from now on!) system-wide student leadership meeting designed to provide institutional undergraduate and graduate student council leaders with a comprehensive orientation to the University System of Maryland Student Council, University System of Maryland (USM), Board of Regents (BOR), and leadership within our higher education system. This meeting will foster understanding of those entities’ structure, purpose, and impact, while building connections among student leaders across institutions to support effective collaboration and advocacy throughout the academic year.
