Board of Regents to Hold Retreat
ADELPHI, Md. (September 1, 2006)-The University System of Maryland
(USM) Board of Regents will hold a retreat beginning at 10 am Thursday,
September 7, at the Sheraton Columbia Hotel in Columbia, MD. The regents will
discuss issues related to USM's strategic objectives. Following this
discussion, the board will convene in executive session to consider executive
function items and items exempted from consideration in open session under the
Open Meetings Law.
