USM Board of Regents Committee on Advancement Meets February 12

Baltimore, Md. (Feb. 11, 2025) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Advancement will meet at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The committee will receive updates on year-to-date fundraising through January fiscal year (FY) 2025 and a USM quasi-endowment summary report for 2024. The committee will vote on a request to increase spendable income for the Quasi-Endowment Grant program.

The committee then will vote on whether to reconvene in closed session to consider items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act. Those items are consideration of requests from two institutions involving the naming of two separate facilities.
