USM Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets May 25
Adelphi, Md. (May 22, 2017) -- The Committee
on Organization and Compensation of the University System of Maryland (USM)
Board of Regents will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25. The Committee has
invited other members of the Board of Regents to attend; as such, there may be
a quorum of the full Board at the meeting.
The
meeting will be held in the Columbus Center, Multipurpose Room, 701 E. Pratt
Street, Baltimore, MD. The committee will vote publicly on whether to reconvene
in closed session to consider items that fall under closing guidelines of the
Open Meetings Act. Those items are the discussions of annual reviews for USM
presidents, USM senior staff, and the USM chancellor.
