USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets April 2
Adelphi, Md. (March
31, 2015) -- The University System of Maryland
(USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation will meet at noon on Thursday, April 2. The meeting will be held in the Board Room, 14th
floor of the Saratoga Building at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The
building is located at 220 North Arch Street, Baltimore, MD.
The committee will vote in public
session on whether to reconvene in closed session. In closed session, the
committee would discuss issues specifically exempted in the Open Meetings Act
from the requirement for public consideration. Those issues are compensation
for a USM senior officer; a memorandum of understanding with Salisbury
University and the Fraternal Order of Police; discussion of the committee's
charge; and review of an employee's employment agreement.
