USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets January 22
Adelphi, Md. (Jan. 20, 2015) -- The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents
Committee on Organization and Compensation will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday,
January 22. The meeting will be held in the Board Room, 14th floor
of the Saratoga Building at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The building
is located at 220 North Arch Street, Baltimore, MD.
The committee will vote in public
session on whether to reconvene in closed session. In closed session, the
committee would discuss an issue specifically exempted in the Open Meetings Act
from the requirement for public consideration. The exempted issue is mid-year
performance reviews of USM presidents.
