USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets December 4
Adelphi, Md. (Dec. 2, 2013) -- The
University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization
and Compensation will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4. The meeting
will be held in the Board Room, 14th floor of the Saratoga Building
at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The building is located at 220 North
Arch Street, Baltimore, MD.
After hearing an update on the presidential search process at the University
of Baltimore, the committee will vote publicly on whether to reconvene in
closed session.
In closed session, the committee would discuss issues specifically exempted
in the Open Meetings Act from the requirement for public consideration. These
issues include two collective bargaining memoranda of understanding (MOUs); a
review of compensation parameters for the Board of Regents Policy Review of
Contracts for Highly Compensated Personnel (VII-10.0); and a USM presidential
compensation issue.
