USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets April 9

Adelphi, Md. (April 8, 2013) -- The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation will hold a conference call at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9. The first agenda item will be a public vote to reconvene in closed, executive session.

The Committee on Organization and Compensation discusses only matters that concern compensation and personnel. These compensation and personnel matters fall within the proper guidelines of the Maryland Open Meetings Act for holding meetings in closed session.
