Finance Committee to Meet August 21
 at Coppin State College

The Committee on Finance of the University System of Maryland
(USM) Board of Regents will meet in public session on Thursday,
August 21 on the second floor of the new dining facility at
Coppin State College in Baltimore. The meeting, which will begin
at about 10 a.m., will be preceded by a budget workshop.

The Finance Committee will consider several agenda items,
including:

·  Food services contract for Bowie State University
·  Disposition of properties at 4218 and 4220 Knox Road in
    College Park by the University of Maryland, College Park
·  Conveyance of parcel along the northern edge of the USM's
    Universities at Shady Grove Center for Montgomery County to
    construct a merge lane from Traville Gateway Drive onto
    Darnestown Road
·  2001-2011 facilities master plan for University of Maryland
    University College
·  Quarterly review of USM capital projects
