Regents' External Relations Committee to Meet September 7 at USM Office

The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents' Committee on External Relations will meet in public session on Friday, September 7 at 9 a.m. in the Chancellor's Conference Room at the USM Office, 3300 Metzerott Road in Adelphi.

The Committee will consider several agenda items, including:

  • Status report on the USM fundraising campaign, including approval of a Fiscal Year 2002 fundraising goal of $160,000,000

  • Fundraising campaign report for the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP), presented by Brodie Remington, vice president for university relations at UMCP

  • Status reports on the UMCP Engineering Research Center and the Maryland Applied Information Technology Program

  • USM communications goals for FY 2002
