Gardener Summer Workshops - Creating a Bay-Wise Rain Garden - This workshop, which is free, and is sponsored
by the University of Maryland Extension Washington County Master Gardeners, will
be held from 6:30 - 8:00pm. The location is the Washington
County Agricultural Education Center, at the University of Maryland Extension Office
- Washington County, 7303 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, MD
Farmers' Market at
Maryland - The market is located in front of Cole Field
House, on the University of Maryland, College Park campus, and is open on
Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm.

Programs at the Horn Point Laboratory Environmental Science Education Center
in Cambridge, MD - Directed by Professor Michael Roman, HPL is
a member of the Southern
Association of Marine Laboratories (SAML) and the National Association of Marine Laboratories (NAML).
The Horn Point Laboratory is located on the banks of the Choptank River, a
tributary of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Directions are here.
